Whether you are new to perimenopause or experiencing full-blown menopause, we are here to support you.

A couple years ago, I started experiencing the typical symptoms: hot flashes, vaginal dryness, and brain fog. It could not have come at a worse time, since I was newly married and everything was perfect.

I had heard the word “menopause,” but nobody ever actually explained what that was.

You see, we get warnings for our menstrual cycles when we become young women. We get warnings for becoming pregnant. But nobody talks about this season of life.

It has carried a stigma of shame, and yet it is just as normal as all the other seasons we experience.

We are not warned. We feel unheard, unpretty, and underprepared.

Ladies, let’s fix that.

Hot Mamas was designed to provide relief for these symptoms, support for women, and a sense of community because we are all in this together.

Our Signature Relief Bar

Our Signature Relief Bar is a different kind of pop-up booth.

Here, you can try out some of the products we feature in person. Sometimes we want to buy things, but we are unsure of how something smells, how it feels or the size is hard to judge from an online photo.

We want to help you purchase products with confidence.

Every single one of our featured products is curated from a list of my personal favorites that I actually use often. We do the research and try them out before they ever hit the website.

We will start booking events this year for our pop-up booth and post where we will be on the website and on our social media pages.
